広重、豊国、国芳ら、日本だけでなく海外でも有名な江戸の浮世絵師たちが描いた神田明神所蔵の浮世絵と、浮世絵をモデルに現代で活躍するアーティスト、イラストレーター、漫画家たちが手がけた作画を同時に展示するという、まさに歴史を超えた「江戸　VS　現代」の特別展！
　神田明神所蔵の浮世絵には、浮世絵師研究家の山本野理子氏が本格的な解説をしています。
An exhibition encompassing masterpieces by world-renowned Ukiyo-e artists Hiroshige, Toyokuni and Kuniyoshi, to modern Ukiyo-e-inspired artwork by contemporary artists, illustrators and comic book artists. Do not miss out this rare opportunity to participate in an historical “art showdown” between the Edo period and present in the Kanda Myoujin Shrine Museum.

浮世絵研究家、美術史家、日本風俗史学会理事。2011年、関西学院大学大学院博士課程修了（芸術学博士学士取得）。2014年より、姫路市生涯学習大学校非常勤講師。論文に「東海道中を描く錦絵の新展開：「御上洛東海道」を中心に」、「梅素玄魚考：その生涯と芸術性」。著書（共著を含む）に『北斎原寸美術館　100％Hokusai!』（小学館）、『浮世絵でみる！お化け図鑑』（パイインターナショナル）。
Ukiyo-e critic, art historian, Board of Directors of The Japan Society for Historical Research of Manners and Customs. Ph.D. (Fine Arts), Kwansei Gakuin University, 2011. Lecturer, The University of Lifelong Learning (Shougai Gakushu), Himeji City, 2014-present.
